Bottling the Maibark maibock

Got the maibock batch bottled back on 3/18 that I had brewed two months prior. I was able to have it sit out in the garage damn near freezing for five weeks in February and early March before a freak heat wave hit Minnesota. Look how clear this is!

I’ve never been able to see through a carboy like this with a beer of this color. I should say that it’s a very light gold color when poured into a pint. The bottling yeast I added clouded things up for a few days after bottling but has since dropped out to reveal a very clear beer. Hopefully it stays like that once chilled. We’ll see…
